Day 181, in this Journal
"This too will end, and a new beginning will come"
It's strange that this journal, that I started as a new project. Has grown, is stable, and is now six months. Six months ago, and coinciding with the Covid-19 outbreak in Sweden, Journaling was a way for me to cope. And will continue to be. Some things will however change a bit as the journal evolves.
I have been thinking about changing the format for a while now, and in the coming weeks you few readers of my journal will see the changes as they unfold. And I have good inspiration, I have been diving deep in different kinds of journaling. And yesterday I attended a webinar about journaling in Roam Research that sparked some new insights.
So one thing I will add soon as a Gratitude part. Every day giving gratitude to something will improve mental and spiritual health. It doesn't have to be something big, it can be giving gratitude to som small accomplishment you have done or achieved.
The newsletter is as much a part of 'JOS - Journalings of Sporring' as it is it's own entity. It will continue, for now, to be biweekly but might become weekly later on.
So what have YOU done the past 6 months that change your life?
My father would have turned 93 today, I miss him every day. ❤
0n that note remember that, the Covid-19 crises isn't over yet so......
Be safe, keep your distances and wash your hands and take care of each other and your lil selves!
